Our summer has been filled with fun events and great company. Last Friday, we celebrated a terrific Seattle summer and over 70 residents attended our very own Tiki Party!
The gang donned their Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts and leis for an evening of tropical escape. Spirits remained sunny as the Lyric’s Multi-Purpose was transformed into a festive and colorful “Tiki Lounge” complete with garlands, lanterns and pu pu trays – even a fierce statue of the Tiki God Lono blessed the event from a nearby console table. The Lyric’s leasing team whipped up some delicious hand-made daiquiris and were enjoyed by all.
We also enjoyed four wonderful platters of appetizers (pot stickers, fried tofu, spring rolls and fresh rolls) from the neighborhood restaurant, Wedgewood Thai. Yum!
Here are a few shots from the event. Did you make it out? Make sure to stay tuned for details on our Halloween party!
