About Pie Bar:

Customers young and old have been lured in by the sweet pie aroma coming from Capitol Hill’s new Pie Bar since it opened on May 1.

The new business, at 1361 E. Olive Way, combines the award-winning pie-making talents of Alyssa Lewis (who owned and operated the Seattle Pie Co. in Magnolia) and the mixology skills of her twin sister, Natalie Delucchi (who managed a bar in Arizona).

Pie Bar is one of our favorite local spots for rich desserts and creative cocktails. This fall, head on over and prepare to be delighted!

What are locals saying?

I’ll admit it, I’m a frequent Pie-er.

Pie Bar offers a variety of sweet and savory pies – that they change up weekly. I’ve had coconut, peanut butter, marionberry, blueberry, apple, mixed berry, shepherds, and more.  I can’t even keep up with their menu. I absolutely adore the berry pies with the crumble on top – it’s the right buttery, sugary crunch you crave with each bite.  Better yet, get it a la mode… don’t worry, no one is counting calories here.  If you really want a sugar high, order one of their pie-tini’s to top off your dessert.

This place is tiny – so be prepared to snuggle up next to a stranger, esp. if you are sitting in the bar.  But the best part – they are open until 2am! Review via Shaman D. on Yelp.
